Annals of Time captures first stakes win in Hollywood Derby
Annals of Time chose a good spot to earn his first stakes victory, taking the
Hollywood Derby (G1) at Del Mar by 1 1/2 lengths on Saturday. Also at the
San Diego track, Vale Dori romped as the 1-2 favorite in the
Bayakoa Handicap (G2).
At Aqueduct, Highway Star got up between rivals to captured the
Go for Wand Handicap (G3).
U.A.E. Derby (UAE-G2) winner and Belmont Stakes (G1) third
Lani will line up in the Champion Cup (Jpn-G1), formerly the Japan Cup Dirt,
at Chukyo Racecourse on Sunday.
