De Francis Dash headlines Laurel's Fall Festival of Racing Laurel Park plays host the Fall Festival of Racing on Saturday featuring seven stakes including the Frank J. De Francis Dash, which has been reinstated as a Grade 3 contest this year. Margaret Ransom was honored with the Stan Bergstein Writing Award on Wednesday from Team Valor. Ron Flatter made a case for Songbird to be a Horse of the Year nominee.
