Why do I keep getting the Unauthorized error message? What does it mean? Document Number: 10011 You either have entered the wrong username/password, or have entered the correct information the wrong way. Usernames and passwords will contain only lowercase letters and number, also there will be no spaces. This can also happen if your Web Browser does not support our encryption standard (secure server). Your browser could be outdated, non-standard or the security settings may need to be checked and adjusted. Due to the fonts (type faces) used in some browsers, new users to BRISnet sometimes think that a lowercase "L" in thier username is the number 1. If you are a new member, and you think there is a 1 in your username try replacing it with a small "L" (Upper case shown here for clarity). Recommended Link:  Check your browser/version.
