I would like to sign up/discontinue a Gold/Silver membership. How do I do that? Document Number: 10018 If you do not already have a membership, then you can sign up for one during your FREE sign up. If you are a member, and would like to get a Gold/Silver membership, you can upgarde your membership plan through the Member Services Section, or send an email with your account name and number and your request. If you would like to discontinue your Gold/Silver account beginning the first of next month, you can either fax us a note or send e-mail with your account number and username requesting that the Gold/Silver status be terminated, or go to Member Services and select Activate/Cancel/Change Silver or Gold Discount Club from the menu.
