When I go try to download something from Brisnet I recieve an error that says I can't connect securely, how can I fix this? Document Number: 10097 This error refers to the fact that your browser is out of date and needs to be upgraded. Netscape versions 4.05 or earlier and Internet Explorer versions before 4.0 will not be able to connect securely and will need to be upgraded. Visit www.netscape.com or www.windows.com to find the most current browser version that you can use and install that on your computer. This should resolve any problems relating to the secure server aspect. The more recent versions are Internet Explorer version 5.5, and Netscape version 6.
