What should I do if a pedigree report 'Times Out' while it is being processed?

This can usually be caused by any sort of internet interference or a slow connection to your Internet Service Provider. The first step is to disconnect from the internet, shut down your computer and try again. Shutting down will reset all of your modem connections and other hardware. If it continues to not work, you can call our Technical Support department at 1-800-354-9206.
