Q: I am a Macintosh user, can I use your service?
A: Macintosh users can use any of our text reports or PDF reports. None of our Handicapping software will work on a Macintosh, unless using a PC or Windows emulator. Our Technical Support department cannot support these emulators.

Q: There is a track that is currently running, but it doesn't appear on the SuperTote. Why?
A: If the track is not listed on the SuperTote, BRIS is not receiving information for the odds and therefore can not show it on the SuperTote.

Q: I don't understand all of the information in one of the reports/programs that I got from BRIS. Where do I get explanations on those?
A: The library link on the Brisnet.com homepage has a lot of the information explaining various features and meanings to the terms used in our reports. If the information that you are looking for is not there, you can call us at 1-800-354-9206 and speak to Customer Service about handicapping reports or the Sales Department about pedigree reports.

A: You will need to either contact tech support at 1-800-354-9206 (9AM-12AM) or you can send an e-mail describing your problem to brisinfo@Brisnet.com.

Q: Why are some entries/results/reports posted before others?
A: BRIS processes its information after getting it from the DRF, which in turn has to wait to get it from the specific track. Some tracks are more timely at processing the information, and some information is processed before other information.

Q: Do you accept wagers?
A: No, but our sister company TwinSpires.com does from residents of states that allow account wagering.
