Document Number: 10161 When you attempt to download a Portable Document Format (.pdf) file from Custom Card, you may receive the following error message: 'Error Locating Object Handler: There is no viewer available for the type of object you are trying to open. The following information is available about this object: ' This is a bug in the Internet Explorer version 5.0. The easiest fix for this is to upgrade to Internet Explorer version 5.5 with Service Pack I. This can be done from http://www.windows.com, then follow the onscreen prompts to this program.
