Race Summary |
---|
DOCTOR DECHERD chased the pace in hand, angled three wide nearing the quarter
pole and split rivals to reach even terms for command with ITSALLABOUTTHECHASE
in early stretch, then just edged that rival to the wire after a stretch long
duel. ITSALLBOUTTHECHASE reserved early, rallied four wide around the turn to
reach even terms for command in early stretch, then dueled with DOCTOR DECHARD
to the wire and just missed. MY GOLDEN SONG chased the leaders along the inside,
eased out in the stretch and couldn't keep pace with the top ones while closing
to be up for the show. BIG LOVER unhurried early, raced five wide on the turn
and passed tired rivals. IN SUMMATION set the pace under pressure along the
inside into the stretch, then tired. SAINT DAIMON off slowly, saved ground and
never threatened. CATCOMINATCHA failed to menace. LITTLE CLIFF pressed the pace
outside IN SUMMATION to nearing the stretch, then faltered. D' BROKEN SPEED was
not a factor. DIXIE SWINGER chased the pace into the turn and faded. LIQUOREUX
raced four wide and was done early. LAKE KERR showed brief foot and stopped.
