NAISSANCE ROYALE (IRE) raced close up along the inside, saved ground throughout, angled out in upper stretch and finished gamely outside. BRUNILDA (ARG) raced close up early while between rivals, put in a good run on the second turn and weakened in deep stretch. OMEYA (CHI) was outrun early, rallied into the stretch and finished well inside. ASTI (IRE) raced in hand outside, was three wide on both turns and tired in the final furlong. ANGARA (GB) was rated along inside, angled out in upper stretch and lacked a rally. LITTLE BUTTERCUP was outrun early, raced inside and had no response when roused.
