Race Summary |
---|
UNIVERSAL FORM unhurried early, advanced three wide around the turn, was forced
to work his way through tight quarters at the eighth pole to avoid running up on
FRIENDLY ISLAND, then rallied to be up late. WAR FRONT dueled for the lead along
the inside, drew clear inside the eighth pole but couldn't hold off the winner
late while clearly best of the others. JUDITHS WILD RUSH chased the pace three
wide into the stretch and tired. WILD TALE outrun after breaking a step slowly,
rallied without threatening. SOCIAL PROBATION reserved early, saved ground and
failed to menace. FRIENDLY ISLAND dueled for the lead outside WAR FRONT into the
stretch, then tired. WIGGINS was done early.
