Non-winners of $50,000 at a mile or over in 2010, allowed 3 lbs, of $30,000 at any distance in 2010, 5 lbs; three races otherthan maiden or claiming, 7 lbs, two such races, 9 lbs. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. This stake will be limited to twelve starters. If more than twelve horses pass the entry box, preference will be biven to (1) Grade/Group 1 winners, (2) Grade/Group 2 winners and Grade/Group 1 place finishers, (3) Grade/Group 3 and Grade/Group 2 place finishers, (4) Highest Lifetime Earnings. Two horses having common ties through horse ownership cannot start to the exclusiion of a single interest. Entry fee only will be refunded if failure to draw into the race.
