Race Summary |
---|
BORREGO was outrun early, picked it up when called on, swept past the field
while four wide on the second turn, drew away when asked and was taken in hand,
galloping home in handy fashion. SUAVE stumbled at the start, raced close up
along the inside while in hand, came wide into the stretch and finished gamely
while no real threat to the winner. SUN KING raced close up early while between
rivals, came wide into the stretch and had no rally. FLOWER ALLEY showed good
speed while in hand, contested the pace while between rivals and tired along the
inside in the stretch. IMPERIALISM was outrun early, put in a three wide run on
the second turn and tired in the stretch. GRAND REWARD was hustled along
outside, raced four wide and tired in the stretch. LAVA MAN bobbled at the
start, chased the pace while three wide and tired after three quarters. BISHOP
COURT HILL argued the pace along the inside and tired entering the second turn.
