SPRING HOUSE outrun early, angled out widest of all in the stretch and closed well to finish on even terms with OLD FORESTER. The latter, rated off the pace, angled outside the leaders for the stretch run and finished willingly to dead heat for the place. ICY ATLANTIC reserved off the pace, was caught in tight at the top stretch, then found room and was gaining at the finish. TWILIGHT ROAD tracked the pace along the hedge, advanced to reach contention in the stretch but couldn't sustain his bid. WOODLANDER steadied entering the first turn, raced three wide on the far turn, swung wide for the stretch run and didn't do enough late. KEEP COOL sprinted to a clear along the hedge, made the pace into the stretch, then tired. BOB'S PROUD MOMENT saved ground and lacked a rally. BIG LUCK (PER) tracked the pace along the inside to nearing the stretch, then faltered. T. D. VANCE fractious in the gate, raced four wide on the far turn and was outrun.
