The winner to receive $150,000 with $50,000 to second, $27,500 to third, $15,000 to fourth and $7,500 to fifth. Weights: Three year olds 117 lbs; Older 122 lbs. Non-winners of an unrestricted stakes at a mile or over in 2011 allowed 3 lbs; of $30,000 twice at a mile or over in 2011, 5 lbs; of $30,000 at any distance in 2011,9 lbs. (Maiden, claiming or starter races not considered.) Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. Nominations closed Saturday, September 3, 2011 with 21.
