Race Summary |
---|
STAR PARADE (ARG) prompted the pace three deep then outside HEAVENLY HUMOR on
the second turn, took a short lead into the stretch, inched away and held on
gamely under urging. PROPOSED chased inside then a bit off the rail, came out in
midstretch and continued willingly to be second best. HOLLYWOOD STORY saved
ground off the pace, came out on the second turn and again into the stretch and
edged a rival late for third. HEALTHY ADDICTION pressed the pace inside then
stalked leaving the backstretch, was taken off the rail on the second turn, went
three deep into the stretch and was edged for the show late. HEAVENLY HUMOR had
good early speed and set a pressured pace between horses, fought back inside the
winner on the second turn but weakened in the stretch. MUSICA SI (CHI) angled in
on the first turn and saved ground off the pace, came out some in the stretch
and did not rally. SKIPPING COURT wide into the first turn, settled outside a
rival, dropped back off the inside on the second turn, drifted wide into the
stretch and gave way.
