Race Summary |
---|
TEDO (GER) patiently handled while chasing the pace from between foes and on two
wide path, advanced on final bend, angled out in upper stretch, collared
pacesetter late and held under urging. EASTERN SAND forced the issue while
outside pacesetter around both turns, responded from urging through the drive
and just missed from inside the winner. FOLLOW THE RAINBOW sent to the front and
dictated the pace from along the inside, padded cushion but could not stave off
top pair late. COSMONAUT stalked the leaders while saving ground into the
stretch, came out bit late and finished willingly. RAILROAD three wide early,
then well positioned from between rivals, continued bit off the fence and lacked
the needed late response. ORBITS WORLD lagged back early from the inside, later
angled out, raced four wide off the final bend and improved placing. AVANTI
AVANTI settled off pace and outside rival, remained bit off rail throughout and
was never a serious factor. TICAFIC (FR) unhurried while between rivals,
remained bit off the rail, checked leaving backstretch and weakened. SEMINOLE
NATIVE settled on two wide path, later found the fence and also weakened. THE
PHEASANT FLYER (GB) caught three wide into the initial turn, remained off the
fence, continued a bit wide and weakened.
