Race Summary |
---|
LAVA MAN chased inside then off the rail, ranged up three deep into the stretch,
gained the lead in upper stretch, drifted in but drew clear under urging. WHOS
CRYING NOW settled inside then a bit off the rail on the backstretch, split
horses on the second turn, came out four wide into the stretch and gained the
place. TEXCESS unhurried along the inside early, came out on the second turn,
also swung four wide into the stretch and picked up the show. BUZZARDS BAY
allowed to settle outside, came out on the second turn and four wide into the
stretch and could not offer the necessary response. SUPERVISOR saved ground off
the pace, split horses on the second turn and lacked the needed rally. MCCANN'S
MOJAVE prompted the pace three deep nearing the first turn then stalked off the
rail and weakened in the stretch. TRICKEY TREVOR angled in and dueled between
horses then outside a rival, inched away on the second turn but also weakened in
the stretch. WILD BUDDY saved ground chasing the pace and lacked a response in
the stretch. DESERT BOOM allowed to settle off the rail, angled in for the
second turn and did not rally. SUPER STRUT settled off the rail without early
speed, came three deep into the stretch and failed to menace. PROUD TOWER TOO
angled in and dueled inside, dropped back and drifted out on the second turn and
gave way. B. B. BEST chased outside a rival then off the rail, dropped back
nearing the second turn, gave way and was eased in the stretch.
