Race Summary |

HOT STORM had good early speed and dueled inside, inched away into the turn and
held on gamely under steady handling. WESTERN HEMISPHERE chased outside, moved
up three deep then outside a rival on the turn and into the stretch to loom a
threat but could not catch the winner. THRILLING VICTORY settled off the rail
then angled in, moved up along the fence leaving the turn, came out in
midstretch and gained the show. DA SVEDONYA unhurried off the rail then outside
a rival, came three deep into the stretch and improved position. RUN REBECCA RUN
had speed five wide then stalked off the rail, continued outside on the turn and
four wide into the stretch and lacked the needed response. DOUBLE D APPEAL
dueled between horses then stalked off the rail, split rivals on the turn, came
three deep into the stretch and weakened. ETCH had speed between foes then
dueled outside the winner, stalked outside a rival into the turn and a bit off
the fence leaving the turn, angled to the inside in the stretch and also
weakened. ACLEVERSHADEOFJADE stalked just off the rail then moved up inside into
the turn, dropped back leaving the bend, came out some into the stretch and had
little left. ROYALLY CHOSEN prompted the early pace four wide between horses
then stalked off the rail leaving the backstretch, angled in some on the turn,
came out into the stretch and gave way.
