The winner to receive $450,000; $150,000 to second; $75,000 to third; $40,000 to fourth; $20,000 to fifth; $10,000 to sixth; $5,000 to seventh through last. Weight: Three Year Olds, 116 lbs; Older, 123 lbs. Non-Winners of a Grade I Stake since November 1, 2010 allowed 3 lbs; Non-Winners of a Grade II Stake in 2011 allowed 5 lbs. A $10,000 BONUS WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TRAINER OF ANY HORSE THAT HAS WON A GRADE I IN THE PAST 24 MONTHS AND STARTS IN THE UNITED NATIONS. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. Supplementary nominations may be made at time of entry, by payment of a fee of $25,000 each which includes all fees.
