I used to go to the track with friends and bet. When I moved to Boise in 1996, and started going to Les Bois Park 3 days a week, listening to a variety of betting philosophies from several local handicappers. I researched the internet for information on betting, finally finding the Past Performances on line, allowing me to preview the races the night before. Near the end of 1997 I hit my first large trifecta and exacta.    Handicapping Mentor(s): I remember a "cowboy" in San Antonio who explained wheeling horses in trifectas to me as the beginning of my education.
