Who Will Win the Test of Champions?

Sunriver, a full brother to champion Ashado, has improved with each and every race since breaking his maiden at Aqueduct last winter. After suffering a wide trip when third to Barbaro in the Florida Derby, he came off a seven week layoff to score a determined win in the Peter Pan Stakes.

Steppenwolfer skipped the Preakness Stakes and has been pointed to the 12-furlong Belmont by New York trainer Dan Peitz. The son of Aptitude is eight-for-eight in the money since switching to the dirt in his second career start, and the gray colt comes off a career best BRIS Speed Rating in the Kentucky Derby.
