Dean Sarvis has been removed from a published list of jockeys
who were excluded from riding at Churchill Downs through the
remainder of the fall meet.

Sarvis’ name was mistakenly placed on the list of jockeys who
had refused the track’s request for a commitment to accept mounts
for the remainder of the meet. He did not attend the Sunday
meeting between Churchill and jockeys, and later notified track
officials that he would commit to ride through the balance of the
meet.

Sarvis was named to ride five horses on Friday’s 10-race card.

His removal leaves the list of jockeys excluded for the
remainder of the fall meet at 14.
