Jerry O’Connell, a star on the hit series “Crossing Jordan,” will host the
34th annual Eclipse Awards ceremony on January 24 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire
Hotel in Los Angeles. For the first time, the event will be broadcast live by
Television Games Network (TVG) from 6-10:30 p.m. (PT). The telecast will be
presented in three segments — a 90-minute Red Carpet show,
a two-and-a-half-hour Awards presentation and a
30-minute Wrap Up program.
“We are excited to have Jerry host the Eclipse Awards,” NTRA Commissioner D.G.
Van Clief Jr. said. “His presence will lend extra star quality to what is
already shaping up as a star filled evening.”
O’Connell plays detective Woodrow “Woody” Hoyt on the NBC series.
