Today’s Topic: A nice workout with the addition of blinkers can indicate a
turnaround in performance in the afternoon.
Equipment changes accompanying good drills in the morning can lead to
improved efforts in a horse’s next race. Entered in the 4TH race on January 14
at Aqueduct, PARISIANA (Mutakddim) had a recent workout with blinkers on for the
first time. She won strongly and paid $11.
As reported in HR’s Daily Clocker’s Report:

Wore blinkers, and looked
good thru the stretch. Got to wire in 36/4, and galloped out well in 49/2. Looked good finishing. |
