I Want Revenge installed as 3-1 favorite; Dunkirk, Pioneer
listed as co-second choices

Wood Memorial (G1) winner I WANT REVENGE (Stephen Got Even) has been
installed as the 3-1 favorite on the morning line for Saturday’s 135th running
of the Kentucky Derby (G1). With first-time Derby rider Joe Talamo, the Jeff
Mullins-trained colt will break from post 13 in the 20-horse field.

Florida Derby (G1) runner-up DUNKIRK (Unbridled’s Song) and Santa Anita Derby
(G1) hero PIONEEROF THE NILE (Empire Maker) are listed as the 4-1 co-second
choices. Dunkirk will break from post 15 with jockey Edgar Prado. Pionnerof the
Nile and Garrett Gomez are right next to them in post 16.

Louisiana Derby (G2) victor FRIESAN FIRE (Unbridled’s Song), who will look to
give trainer Larry Jones his first Derby win following two straight runner-up
finishes, will start from post 6 under Gabriel Saez and comes next on the
morning line at 5-1

No other horses are less than 15-1 on Churchill Downs’ oddsmaker Mike
Batttaglia’s morning line. Godolphin’s DESERT PARTY (Street Cry [Ire]) and
Lane’s End S. (G2) winner HOLD ME BACK (Giant’s Causeway) are both 15-1. Four
horses — CHOCOLATE CANDY (Candy Ride [Arg]), GENERAL QUARTERS (Sky Mesa),
MUSKET MAN (Yonaguska) and PAPA CLEM (Smart Strike) — are all posted at 20-1.
