Thanks to a special partnership among three groups associated with the
“Ladies First” theme of Kentucky Oaks Day, a select number of one-day only
tickets for May 6 in Section 125 were put on sale for $74 Wednesday afternoon.
The tickets are available exclusively online on a first-come, first-serve basis
at
www.churchilldowns.com/oaksonly
.

There is a purchase limit of six seats per person while supplies last.
Minimal ticket processing charges will apply.

Kentucky Oaks 137, the Kentucky Derby’s $1 million companion race for
three-year-old fillies at 1 1/8 miles, will again feature a “Ladies First” theme
and a day of events to raise money and awareness for Susan G. Komen for the
Cure, which leads the global movement for breast cancer research, education,
advocacy and community support. The event will be televised nationally on VERSUS
from 5-6 p.m. (EDT).

In addition to Komen, other groups who helped make the reserved seats
available are Horses & Hope and Chambord.

Horses & Hope was founded in 2008 by Kentucky First Lady Jane Beshear and the
Kentucky Cancer Program to identify new opportunities to provide breast cancer
awareness, education and early detection through screening and treatment
referral, as well as to raise funds to sustain programs into the future.

Chambord is hosting the Kentucky Oaks Fashion Contest, which is open to all
ladies in attendance on Oaks Day with the winner receiving an all-expense VIP
trip for two to Fashion Week in New York City. For each person who walks the
“Pink Carpet,” Chambord will donate $10 to the National Breast Cancer Coalition.

Iconic fashion designer Betsey Johnson will serve as a judge for the final,
which will take place inside the Aristides Garden between the 7TH and 8TH races
at approximately 2:15 p.m.
