International Inc. (RCI) as Class 1 or Class 2. The violations occurred at
Fonner Park and Horsemen’s Park in Nebraska in 2012.

January 1, 2014, for violating applicable racing authority statutes, rules or
regulations relating to substances that have been classified by the RCI as Class
1 or Class 2. That violation occurred at Louisiana Downs in 2012.

Eddie Clouston will be denied privileges for one year, starting January 1,
2014, for violating applicable racing authority statutes, rules or regulations
relating to horses on three or more occasions in a 365-day period involving
prohibited or restricted drugs, medications or substances. Those violations
occurred at Mountaineer Park in 2011 and 2012.
