Triple Crown winner American Pharoah (Pioneerof the Nile) put in his final
work before shipping to Del Mar when going five furlongs in :59.20 over the fast
main track at Santa Anita Park on Sunday.

The sophomore colt was recording his third move since taking the June 6
Belmont S. (G1) to become the first horse to sweep the Triple Crown in 37 years.

Owner Ahmed Zayat and trainer Bob Baffert are now pointing American Pharoah
to the $1 million Haskell Invitational (G1) at Monmouth Park on August 2.
