Arabian Queen (Dubawi) pulled off a stunning upset of the undefeated Derby
(Eng-G1) and Eclipse S. (Eng-G1) winner Golden Horn (Cape Cross) in winning
Wednesday’s Juddmonte International (Eng-G1) on opening day of York’s four-day
Ebor Festival.
Ridden by the Silvestre de Sousa, Arabian Queen scored by a neck and is the
first three-year-old filly in a quarter-century to take the about 1 5/16-mile,
weight-for-age contest.
