Dual Classic winner and champion War Emblem headed to Old

War Emblem (Our Emblem), who upset the 2002 Kentucky Derby (G1) at 20-1 before
going on to take the Preakness S. (G1) and Haskell Invitational (G1), has
arrived back in the United States after spending 13 years at stud at the
Shadai Stallion Station in Hokkaido, Japan.
The 16-year-old stallion will take up residence at Old Friends, the
Thoroughbred Retirement Center in Georgetown, Kentucky, as soon as he clears
quarantine.
