Yearly Report retired a multiple Grade 2 winner

Multiple Grade 2 winner YEARLY REPORT (General Meeting) has been retired from
racing and is scheduled to be bred to Gone West, Golden Eagle Farm announced
Wednesday. A suspensory injury was discovered following her disappointing
sixth-place finish as the odds-on favorite in the Sunshine Millions Distaff at
Santa Anita last Saturday.
As a three-year-old, Yearly Report won five of seven starts, including the
Delaware Oaks (G2), Black-Eyed Susan S. (G2) and Santa Ynez S. (G2). She closed
out her 2004 campaign with a 9 1/4-length victory in the Stonerside S. at Lone
Star Park where she set a new track record running seven furlongs in 1:20 3/5.
Overall, the four-year-old earned $835,900 for a record of 10-6-2-0.
Yearly Report is out of stakes winner Fiscal Year (Half a Year).
