For the second straight year, Brown led all conditioners by earnings, with his starters accumulating $26,202,164.
Horses under Brown’s care made 820 starts in 2017, good for 213 wins, 162 seconds and 128 thirds. His win percentage stood at 25.97 percent for the year.
Among Brown’s best horses in 2017 were Beach Patrol, hero of the Arlington Million (G1) and Joe Hirsch Turf Classic (G1); Good Magic, victor of the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1); multiple Grade 1-scoring millionaire Lady Eli; and Cloud Computing, a head winner of the Preakness Stakes (G1).
