Last updated: 8/29/15 3:46 PM

Harold L. Queen’s homebred Sheer Drama (Burning Roma) bided her time in third
behind dueling rivals Stopchargingmaria (Tale of the Cat) and Untapable (Tapit)
before running the pair down in the lane to post a 1 1/4-length victory in
Saturday’s $717,500

Personal Ensign S. (G1)
at Saratoga.

The five-year-old mare ran 1 1/8 miles in 1:49.05 under regular jockey Joe
Bravo to add a second straight Grade 1 win to her resume after taking the
Delaware H. (G1) by two lengths on July 18. Trained by David Fawkes, Sheer Drama
became racing’s newest millionaire as her career earnings were boosted to $1,318,840
with the winner’s share from the Personal Ensign.
