- Sign up!
- Choose a banner and link to our
site!
It's really that simple.
After you sign up, you'll receive an introductory e-mail
with your account number, so you can start to add banners
and link to our site. You'll have access to everything
you need to create a great handicapping store on your
site, and you'll be able to watch its progress as it
grows.

Does it cost anything to become an Affiliate?
No, there are no fees of any kind for applying to and
participating in the Brisnet.com Affiliate Program. There
is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales
requirement or sales quota you must reach before earning
commissions with our program. You start earning right
away.
3.Do
I have to sign an exclusive agreement?
No, unlike many other Affiliate-style programs, we do not
require our Affiliates to sign an exclusive agreement. We
are so confident that your customers will agree that
Brisnet.com offers the best handicapping and pedigree
products on the net that we offer our affiliates the
choice of going exclusive or NON-EXCLUSIVE.
4.
Does my Website qualify for the Affiliate Program?
Most Websites will qualify to participate in the program;
however, we may
reject Websites that we determine are unsuitable.
Examples of sites that
would NOT qualify for participation include:
Sites
that promote sexually explicit material
Sites that promote violence
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national
origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or
age
Sites that promote illegal activities
Sites that violate intellectual property rights
5. Can I participate if I live outside
the United States?
Yes, you may participate in the Affiliate Program if you
live outside the United States. All you need to join is a
Website (or an idea for a Website) that does not:
Promote
sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promote illegal activities
Violate intellectual property rights

I have more than one URL. Can I register all of them as
Brisnet.com Affiliate?
You have two options:
You can sign up once for all of your URLs. If you choose
this option, you will see all of your earnings and
traffic reports for all of your sites in one report. You
will have one Affiliate ID, and there will be no way for
you to know which of your sites is generating the most
sales. You can sign up separately for each URL you own.
This option will provide you with a separate Affiliate ID
for each site you maintain. Most Affiliate prefer this
option so that they can see the breakdown of earnings and
traffic for each site. You will also receive a separate
check for each account. For accounting purposes, we will
not combine checks from multiple accounts.

How does Brisnet.com track orders coming from my Website?
We track all of your
activity through your Affiliate ID. Links from Affiliate
Websites to Brisnet.com use a special format that
includes this code. Every time a customer follows one of
those links to our site, this unique URL tells us which
Affiliate sent the customer to us now and forever.

Does Brisnet.com have a reporting feature so that I can
keep track of my earnings and traffic?
Yes, once you've been accepted into the program, you will
receive a monthly report detailing the commissions you
earned. You can also monitor online the effectiveness of our banners on your site by day, month and annually

What products qualify for commissions?
Commissions are earned on all online sales generated from
your website. Commission are not paid on TwinSpires.com wagers.
5.
When and how do I get paid?
We will pay you commissions on a monthly basis. The
Operating Agreement states that if the commissions
payable to you for any month are less than $100.00, we
will hold those commissions until the total amount due is
at least $100.00. In no event shall commissions accrue
for more than twelve months without being paid. Any
product that generates a commission that is returned by
the customer, will be deducted from the next monthly
payment.
6.
Will I earn commissions for personal orders that I make
through my Website?
As stated in the Operating Agreement, we do not pay
commissions for personal orders. The nature of the
marketing agreement between Brisnet.com and its Affiliate
involves the payment of commissions for referring new
customers. It is important that we are paying for new
customers and
not simply providing Affiliate additional discounts above
and beyond the already discounted items offered by
Brisnet.com.
7.
Do I have to meet sales quotas or performance tiers to
earn commissions?
No, unlike many other Affiliate-style programs, we do not
require our Affiliates to meet sales quotas or
performance tiers to earn their commissions. We pay
commissions for all online sales generated from your site,
regardless of how much you sell.
